Error Code 207 - Internal DC Bus voltage low.
Error Code 002 - Battery Voltage is too low.
If all else fails, maybe your battery has a dead cell, or worse. Try replacing the battery, or replace the inverter/charger.

Hi dominas,
The 207 error code description is "Internal DC Bus voltage low". It is often caused by a temporary condition caused by low battery voltage in conjunction with an overload condition. You might have tried the steps below, but please try it again.
1. Check if the battery can hold the charge by measuring the Voltage
at the battery terminals when the battery is discharging. If not, you have a faulty battery and needs to be replaced.
2. Check cables. Check if there is a loose connection. The cables that you're using are too small or too long.
If it didn't resolve the error, it is an internal fault and needs to be serviced. You may return it to the place of purchase or contact the reseller. They are the only one that can diagnose the internal fault.
Hope it helps.

Batteries are good because i tested them with other inverter that I have. Basically the answer i received is almost identical what it says in the manual. Couple weeks ago I heard a pop in the inverter. I have advance knowledge about electronics. I have inverter all open looking for something burned like a popped capacitor, but they all look and measure fine. I was wondering if anybody seen this problem with this inverter? Can it also be low voltage transformers that burned inside. There is a burned smell inside one of the buses ( negative side), but I cannot pinpoint the source. Is it possible to get service manual on this unit. Xantrex do not provide any support on this unit anymore as they were discontinued. Any input would be greatly helpfull.

I have smoked two 3.0 inverters turns out there was a short between the Common (White) and the ground in the Gen I was using to charge the batteries. The inverter has no protection for this problem and will burn up and never blow a fuse. I am talking with Xantrex to see if they will reolace my inverter as it is brand new. There should be some sort of fuse that blows or it should shut down with an error code to show this problem before the unit blows up!
