It's not working

When I try to scan, e-mail or anything else, I get the following message: "DM 510 Internal Hardware Fault" What can I do?

Every time I start the scanner, it always shows "DM 510 Hardware internal fault", I have to restart the scanner several times before it can work. How to solve this problem?
