You will first have to install custom firmware called "homebrew" there are alot out there. Each one is designed to work with the firmware on the psp now. **PLEASE NOTE: INSTALLING CUSTOM FIRMWARE HAS MANY RISKS INCLUDING "BRICKING" THE PSP RENDERING IT USELESS!!** If you decide to try this there are plenty of videos on youtube with download links. There is one emulator called SNES9x.
