You actually can download all 4 starter games and 9 of mini demo games.
But you need to have 4 Leapster 2 console to download each of the
starter and some demo games and then combine the games in your PC. I

You can only download free games from their site if you have the coupon with codes. You can only download sample/demo games for free. If you have a coupon code all you have to do is connect your leapster 2 to your computer and just follow the instructions.
