My son received a thunder tumbler remote control stunt truck yesterday, (5/15/11) and it is already broken. My younger son broke the truck where the attena connects, however, I glued that and the truck still receives a signal. However, the rear left wheel won't spin. The right rear wheel spins sporadically. It makes noise and lights up, it just won't move properly anymore.

SOURCE: bought 2 thunder tumblers and

The Red & Blue Versions of this both work on 27MHz while the Black works on 49MHz. You should have been advised of this when purchasing the 2 units but I supose that depends where they were purchased from.

I bought 2 Thunder tumbler radio control rally cars. They don't come with instructions for how to change the frequency so they can race. Any idea how to do this?

Type the thunder tumbler in Fixya's search. This is two way radios. There are a LOT of posts on your RC trucks. If new, I suggest you return them.

How do I fix the remote on the RC Thunder Tumbler RC Car to prevent the tire from spinning as soon as the remote control is turned on?

Use the throttle trim control to try and adjust this unwanted throttle application out. Refer to the user manual on how to trim the remote functions

We have an RTI remote (not touch screen) and my son dropped it yesterday and since it will not work. Its charging fine but wont control any of the units. Please help!

How do you imagine I might help you to repair a broken remote? It's BROKEN, even if it charges fine.
If you don't have the technical knowledge and can't repair your control yourself, please, take it to a repair service

My son got a thunder tumbler for Christmas but the car will not turn off, the light remains on. What is wrong?

Probably different frequency remote relative to car, same deal with my sons......car and remotes need to be on the same frequency....either 27 or 49

880 universal remote volume button broke. little rubber botton on inside that pushes the volume button on inside broken.face plate cracked and arrow button on left right underneath face broken and missing...

My volume button also broke (actually, the VOLUME UP function stopped working). Rather than trying to get the remote fixed, I found a different solution...
I reprogrammed the + key (bottom left of the remote) to be my new Volume UP function. You can do this by going to any of the activities you've already defined, and adding a custom button to the activity.
Choose the + button (it will probably not have an existing function), and tell it to use the Volume Up function of the component you normally use for volume. In my case, it was the Home Theater Receiver.
I hope that helps.
