My lenovo 3000 H series sound driver not installed please help me

It seems that you are having problem with the sound on your computer, please follow the steps below,
1. Go to Device Manager and uninstall the driver under Audio and Sounds.
2. Click on this link to reinstall the driver.
3. Under Audio, you will see there Realtek Audio Driver.
4. Restart the computer after the installation.
