Installed Amana PTAC DigiSmart unit in a patio room, a entertainment bar is located about three feet (3) in front of unit and not the room. The unit only heat and cool the area between unit and the bar and shuts off when the immediate area reaches the set temperture.

Cooling gas is missing. Call some AC service in near to fill it, ask more of them for price. Do not switch it on until you solve this to prevent higher damage.

I don't see this error code in the manual. I do see nP as an error code for Window Switch lockout. I just had this happen to me and they had me reset the control board.

Remove case, flick master switch to OFF for 10 seconds. Press Heat/Cool same time turn switch back on HOLD until off light comes on.

You should be fixed. Just had to do this for my unit. I was playing around with the settings and turned on the window switch option by accident.

check the outside drain in the pan if there is a plug in the bottom pull it out.the ptac unit will go into emergency heat and run more the colder it gets outside
