I have htc-hd2 the problem is i cannot enter personal password. always ask incorrect password. my experience i used my htc-hd2 the was shut off then i charge my phone after the battery was full and i start the phone and suddenly i enter the correct password my phone always ask incorrect password. pls help me how unlock my htc-hd2 phone. thanks a lot

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

Try entering the password properly,maybe in lower case or upper case.If the problem persists then you may have to perform a reset on your phone.

need to do a hard reset because for some reason it does not take your password it happened to me and they told me to just hard reset

i have installed CHT editor software in my HTC HD2 around 1month ago..
It is working fine 4 me... Today i enabled the phone security code (simple pin) and also unlocked it many times b4 problem occurs..
bt after dat i switched off my phn n nw its demanding the security code which i entered d same with which i opened it many times...bt every time it is showing me wrong password... is there any solution 4 dat... i m pretty much sure dat i m entering d right password..
my mobile model is HTC HD2 T-mobile Leo, i bought it from USA n unlocked it in india...

Ok, if you are talking about the phone security code which was usually asked when the phone has been restarted, here is how we fix this.

You will need to enter in the wrong code until you are prompted to enter the PUK code. Click HERE to read how retrieve the PUK code.
