Did a full restore on my acer 5580 evrything was ok then suddenly the start menu disappeared with a grey line and internet page comes and disappears in a moment....

If you mean the browser icons, menu line, etc., press the Alt key, click View, Toolbars, Menu, then click View again and get the other toolbars to show up.
F11 will toggle you in and out of full screen mode, which also hides toolbars.

Try zooming your the Safari window (click the green button at the top left of the window's frame) or try putting Safari into full-screen mode (click arrow thingy at top right of window frame) to see if the text box reappears. You can switch in and out of full-screen mode by typing control-command-F.
If this doesn't do the trick, navigate to a SPECIFIC page in Google search (start at www.google.com), then open Safari Preferences, click the General tab, and click the "Set to current page" button.

It seems to be an issue with the temporary internet files folder.

restart u r laptop and press f8 button when u r laptop start in starting press f8 and then restore u r system and again install u r driver after uninstalling
