You are actually running at 667 x 2 =1333. You multiply the number by 2 because of the dual channel DDR 3 ram. You would need to go into the bios and change the 667 to 800 (800 x2= 1600 ). You may have to increase the voltage to the ram and change the memory timings to what your ram is specked at. You most likely will not notice the difference in the speed, if you can not get it to change. I have attache a link to read what other owners of this board have done. Rather than '1600' Mhz, it's capable of using DDR (Double Data Rate) RAM at '800' Mhz.
The "double" rate provides 2 bits per cycle, resulting in a rating of 1600 for the RAM.
The RAM that you're currently using is '667', not '800' Mhz, rated.
Buy RAM that is rated at '800'.
