I know about a virus program at www.malwarebytes.org. Some say it's great. I had it and it found a lot of trojan horse virus.
They have a free version you can try. Be very careful typing the addr in and don't forget the .org.

it is little complicated , actually this is virus problem. virus is affected your computer, better you can format your computer.

Go to download.com and download avast antivirus free addion, scroll down! until you see it. Remove old antivirus from your system first, the program will give you 30 days to register, after that you are covered for one year free. Run a full scan when updated.

Right-click this registry key and select "Delete." 5.Navigate to directory %PROGRAM_FILES%\Trojan:dos/alureon.a\ and delete the infected files manually.

Have you tried other free anti-virus softwares like Avira? Sometimes, not a specific anti-virus can detect the same type of virus. Also, try to uninstall the MS Office, run a full scan, then reinstall MS Office then run a full scan again. It will help us narrow down the source of the popups.

u have to choose which anti virus you want to use. Y? because having more than 1 anti-virus in your PC will result to slow in operation of your PC and conflict in your anti-virus. you have to uninstall one of your installed anti-virus. hope this would work for you

If you could go to Avira and download there rescue disk on the flash drive, plug in the flash drive while the lap is off and start it with flash in.

Then you can run the rescue in dos( dos is before windows starts)
You said you could not because of windows, this rescue will scan
the entire hard drive, and if you have something like a rootkit, virus, trojan, Avira will kill it. Avira is the second best anti-virus software

Tap f8 when you lap starts to bring up the boot menu, and pray
that the flash drive is listed.

If you can go to Avira.com and download there repair disk,you can put it on a disk or flash drive, it will run before windows starts(dos), you force the lap to boot from the disk. If this is a virus Avira will kill it.

Yes, if you reinstall windows and delete the drive,install to (C) new raw and format, it will be gone, but a lot of work when you don't need to.
