There are generally two reasons why you'll receive a "Time Out' message. The first is because the server (either on your end of the Internet or the website you are trying to access) is overloaded with traffic requests (from other Internet Users) and is unable to perform the request.

You need GPRS settings for it, install these setting set them defualt, restart you mobile try connecting, if it still dosen't work check network settings in your mobile I dont know where is it in your mobile, search it , check the access point is ok, the access point shout be same that you get in massage, each network operator has defferent access point.

please enable the GPRS connection again from ur service provider

try to check the ip address before accessing the internet.
if you not getting a valid ip address then try to reset you d link router.

go check your internet settings well and try reconnecting it also depends what kind of internet you have.

Try the http://192.168.1.1 to access the router config page (needs Ethernet cable to be connected to the Router)
If config page still does not appear, then check your Internet Explorer settings> Security Level (not set to custom) If it is, then choose RESET ALL ZONES TO DEFAULT LEVEL and then try this address again. It worked for me.

          ok as ur sayin that u have done the setting plz confrim the settings from SP, after that u can confirm that is there any spelling mistakes, than reset the cache setting and restore the handset. and try from " go to address option",, u will be able to access thes ervices,
