1. Press the mute/menu button until 1ENG 2FRA 3ESP shows in the display. 1ENG is
the default. (ENG stands for English. FRA stands for French. ESP stands for Spanish.)
2. Use the CALLER ID-VOLUME (up or down) button or the touch-tone pad on the
handset to enter your selection.
3. Press mute/menu again to save.

English instruction for fryer Saivod FR-21 thank you, Janet

Sorry, you won't find any. That model has never been marketed in English speaking countries so the manufacturer has never gone to the expense of producing an English translation.

Your manual is most likely in Spanish, (but the answer is similar whatever it's written in) your fix options are as follows:-

1. Type in key parts of the text into automated online translator websites, try a few sites as some translate better than others.

2. Ask nicely among your circle of friends and relatives for a fluent Spanish speaker who may be willing to translate the important parts of the manual for you.

3. Pay a professional translator.

A disk in a series of exercise discs plays only in Spanish. My young daughter had the remote and, in a few quick buttons, made the language and writing change to Spanish only and I cannot, no matter what I...

The problem is not the disc itself but your DVD player. If other discs still play in English, and it is just this one disc that plays in Spanish, then your player is using some sort of stored setting to recognize your preference for spanish on that particular disc.
Forgive me if you've already done this, but try turning unplugging the DVD player for a period of ten seconds or so, and then plug it back in. If there is a reset button, press it. See if the disc still plays in Spanish after that.
If so, you may need to navigate the DVD menu of the offending CD to turn off the language setting your daughter selected. If you don't speak Spanish, try navigating to the language settings on one of the other discs with the English menus. Memorize how you got there, and take the same path through the Spanish language menu. Return the language setting to English, and exit.
Hope this helps.

New Garmen is in Spanish. Want to change to English. Purchased in Ontario, Ca. at Costco.

  • Press TOOLS (The spanner icon at the bottom right of the screen which shows WHERE TO and VIEW MAP
  • Press SETTINGS (The spanner icon) or LOCALE (The blue icon) on models that don't have a settings icon
  • Press LANGUAGE (The lips icon)
  • This brings you to a screen with 3 items; VOICE, TEXT LANGUAGE and KEYBOARD
  • Press TEXT and change it to AMERICAN ENGLISH
  • Press VOICE and select a voice from an English speaking country
If you don't speak Spanish there may be a bit of trial and error involved but I hope I have given you enough information to solve your problem.

Answering Machine Language

Just as the other answers that were left...you just have to press the skip button. Just make sure that you press announce on the cradle...not on the phone...then when you hear the voice in Spanish just press and HOLD the skip button until it changes to English. Good Luck
