How do I set my Epson WorkForce 610 to print via bluetooth from my droid 2?

YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE INK CARTRIDGE BECAUSE IS DRY

Aloha, Epson have a bad reputation for making people buy only their cartridges and get lots of money for them but there is a way around them by never doing firmware updates and if you did there is a software program that allows you to down grade the firmware so you can use 3rd party cartridges it is called "Wicreset" or another program called "SSC Service Utility " to check and adjust ink levels. google them for their web addresses. With epsom ink jet printers the printhead is on the machine, not he cartridge as with many printers. This complicates things!
I suggest you get some cleaner cartridges put them in and run one single cleaning cycle each day until the cartridge is finished. Remember just One cleaning each day,,, this is to allow time for the cleaner to sit and "possibly" dissolve the blockage.
It is about your only chance of salvage.
An Ink jet printers worst enemy is sitting for long periods of time without printing on a regular basis, The ink dries in the print head nozzle!

have the printer being discussed in this thread.... the Epson WorkForce 610. I just encountered the same issue, many lines were missing from the page that I wanted to print. Ink levels were fine, but every time I try to print the same thing, the same lines were missing. I read through the solutions mentioned above and I decided to see what the printer had in its maintenance toolbox on the printer itself.

Here's a solution that worked for me!

1. Go to "Setup"
2. Under Setup, select "Maintenance"
3. Select "Head Cleaning"

The printer does the head cleaning automatically. Print another page, all of the lines should show up!

Simple, no need to buy another printer or clean the ribbon...

I am not sure of the Mac but in the windows we go to the control panel and further go to Printers and Faxes and right click on the printer in question and click on Work Online. That's it. If you can find similar thing in Mac, good for you. Best Of Luck!!!

I would try holding the printer upside down and gently tapping.
There maybe something stuck in the paper in slot

On the Epson website it is confirmed that the Epson WorkForce 610 will not recognize transparency media. It is just the way the printer works; if it can see through the media, it doesn't think it's there.
However.....you can tape a sheet of white paper to the non-printable side of the transparency, and it prints just fine. I put two strips of scotch tape on either side, top and bottom. Works great. It's kind of a hassle, but better than not being able to print transparencies at all!
