I heard a loud pop as my Fisher Paykel GWL15 was filling. Now it stops right before beginning the wash cycle and beeps continuously with the 4th, 5th, 7th, and 8th lights on. (wash, wash, rinse, spin) If I turn the power off and press start again, it will complete the cycle without error. Everytime I start a load, however, it stops near the end of the fill and I have to restart. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It can't get enough water so it flashers these lights
to tell you to turn your water on,
Your water valves are not fully opening to let enough water in.
You will need new water valves.
Hi just read your posting. Now when it beeps and stops do any lights flash or come on?If they do they will be on a row of 8 lights.Starting from the far left which lights are on or flashing? Are they the 1st and 4th light or 3rd and 6th --etc--?Please look underneath the machine and look to the front right of the machine You should see your pump which should have a red or black fan on it.Turn this fan a few times and hopefully this will loosen your pump if it is jammed. If you have the pump without the fan please reply and I can guide you throe unjamming it.I think with your symptoms you have described, you might have a jammed pump. Please reply for further help.Hope this helps.
Sounds like the pump. When it first fills the pump recirculates the water, then it comes on at the end of each cycle to drain the water. The pump is on the bottom of the machine, on the right side.
Fisher & Paykel GW608U Top loader washing mashine. On power up it will pass the self test, but then it goes to error (single beep every second and lights: green 3rd, 4th green and 7th orange from left are on). Could you advise on the problem please or supply error message codes table. Greatly appreciate your help and looking forward hearing from you
Is it filling so it is flooding your floor? Could be that too many suds are in the pressure switch tube ( are you using "he" soap? ) or the pressure switch is not registering the water level. Note the lights illuminated when it beeps and call F/P.
