Check your inputs. The no signal box means exactly that - there's no incoming signal for the TV to decode. So you've either disconnected a cable somewhere or turned off your input device.
Try changing the inputs on the TV (this will be a button saying input or A/V)
Try changing the channels
Check that your cables are correctly connected and that whatever you are trying to use (dvd player, PS3, etc) is turned on.
Check that your TV is tuned to the corresponding input it is plugged in to (if you plugged your DVD player into HDMI input 8, tune your TV to input 8)
Hope this helps.

How do I fix my Samsung 55" tv? When I turn it on the picture is black with darker black lines going down and the box that says Weak or no signal is faint.

Try this first. If your tv is connected to a DVD player, use it first. It should not say “no signal”. If there is a good picture with dvd on, the problem is with your antenna wire. Move and extend your antenna or put one on.

Rev counter (tacometer) stopped workingdoes move a little on high revs it only moves to around 1500 any ideas where does it get its signal from.

it gets its signal from a photo cell on the gearbox/autobox side of the engine. If you look around the housing that connects the engine to the box you should see it,and if you take the screw that holds it out it will slide out clean the eye and replace .adrian,,,,

Remote control vs tv led

On the little PC board which has the pushbuttons on it, mounted right behind the buttons on the front of the TV, is the remote (IR) receiver. It is a little black box with 3 leads soldered to that board. One pin is grounded, one pin is +5 volts and the third is signal. The signal pin should be a little less than 5 volts, and when you use ANY remote the signal pin should have inverted digital data (about 4.5 to 0). If you measure the signal pin and it is near zero volts, replace the receiver. If the signal pin is around 4.5 volts, replace the remote.
