I have a Miele Novotronic 911 washing machine. About 1 month ago, it didn't work properly in regular cottone program. When it came to rinse cycle, it showed a red light on water supply. I found water supply was weak. But other program with Starch, it worked well with enough water supply. How can I fixed this issue?

It sounds like your heater element is not working. If the washer doesn't reach the desired temperature it will not advance to the next level. Try to do a cold wash and see if it completes the cycle if it does you need to replace the heater element.
If no light are flashing on front of appliance. Remove soap drawer, Lift flap remove syphon. Turn drawer over remove round disk at base of syphon tube clean parts re-assemble and test.
in the user manual there should be a section on advancing the programs on and or in the section of trouble shooting I would take the water outlet pipe and lay it near the ground to drain the water out into a bucket and then as the machine is not plugged in you should be able to open the door in a not on position eric
I mean this is not a filter error and i think the power main board inside on front bottom EL110 has an defekt and must change.
Or you can post the problem on my board www.avpc.de with photos for solving together and find another cheap used power board for it ...
