I understand that you're trying to find out where the filter is on your affinity washer. You have to take the back of the washer off --be careful because the metal on the edges are sharp. The basket is located on the very bottom of the mechanical parts (sorry I can't be more specific) It is a strainer basket and fairly easy to remove and replace. Frigidaires' website has a schematic of the newer models to make the basket easier to find--I will try to attach the url for mine so you can find it.

The control lock feature has been activated. To toggle this off, press and hold Options and Select for 10+ seconds. There is a small padlock indicated in the middle of a line between the buttons that toggle the lock on and off. This feature prevents anyone from changing a wash program when in use or a child starting a cycle with the cat or another child in the washer.

just go to fridge website support center and see what the code is or google Frigidaire code 10

You need the Factory Repair Manual for your Affinity Washer. There is alot that can go wrong with these machines and you will need to run the washer through its diagnostics.
