How do I retreive messages from a distance? - GE 29888GE1 Digital Answering Machine

It sounds like it may have been put into drafts. Go into mesages and scroll down to drafts then select drafts, it should show all messages that have been saved to it.

land line phone does not support retreive of messages, since it does not have much internal memmory regards...

you can look in your trash, but it will auto delete every so often. so you might not be able to retrieve them

even thou they delete apparently they are still on the comp  i think not sure thou if u go into history or cookies   something like that look along those lines  hope u find them..

There is no retreival of deleted messages. I went to the VTech web page, downloaded the PDF manual, and read the notations there.

Hi, I also have this phone and had the same problem!! You press the "clear/mute" button once so it shows "tad on", then press the number 2 on the key pad.
