It depends what telephone system the KX-T7730 is connected to. You should have a Panasonic box that says 'KX-TA624', 'KX-TEA308, 'KX-TES824' or similar somewhere.

I am using Caller ID software and I want to configure PBX to send the log call to our program when an incoming call, then when I answer the call and another after the end call, is there a way to define the PBX to do that
note : PBX now send call log only after the end call.
It requres two buttons progremmed for CID-I and CID-S. This is one that requires a bit of programming, so you are better off looking at the programming manual to learn how it works.
to ring only at extension 101 and 106,you can do this
