    hi i am from bangalore. I TRIED MANY SERVICE STATIONS BUT I FINALLY GOT AN EXPERT FOR KODAK SERVICE AT MATA ELECTRONICS, BLORE , ITS NO 86,1ST FLOOR SP RD, OPP TO ANKIT INFOTECH, PLS CONTACT MR VIJAY HE GAVE ME VERY GOOD SERVICE AND MY E45 ERROR PROMBLEM IS SOLVED. CONTACT MR VIJAY 9035871324. THANK U MR VIJAY YOU SAVED MY CAMERA

Hello, The error code 45 indicates that the camera needs service/repair. You need to take it to a camera shop for them to determine the problem.

Getting an error code E 45
Hi,
Error 45 in your camera clearly indicates it is related to a lens issue. Something has caused the lens to jam or stop working. When it does you get the E45 error you have to update the firmware and the error should go away.

hi, error #45 is the same with lens error and one of the lens unit is damage.your camera has two lens assy and the damage one is the lower part that always used. there'e only 2 possible way to work your camera 1.To adjust or clean the lens unit and the 2. To replace the whole assy.bring to service center and request first for estimate charge before you proceed to repair.

Kodak digital camera V705 -error 45
Hi!
E45 means that a focus error occurred or the MCU BOARD malfunctioned. I'm afraid you will have to give it away for a repair. It's a hardware problem. You should contact your local Kodak service center.

I just turn camera off and then turn it on again.

Error #45
Error message appears on EVF/LCD screen
  • Turn the camera off, then on again.
  • Remove memory card from the camera.
  • Remove the battery and wipe the contacts with a clean, dry cloth ( Battery life).
  • Insert a new or charged battery ( Loading the batteries).
  • If all else fails, get customer support help
