If you simply put the DLL into the System32 sub-directory windows will not use it. Some programs will see it and use it because it's in the default path but it will lead to program failure on properly written code.
You need to register it with the operating system to get windows to recognise it and therefore provide it to other programs if requested. You do this by opening a command prompt in administrative mode.
Start > Run box> (type) CMD (Do not hit enter)
In the search box an Icon for the CMD prompt will appear right click it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and hit enter).
A black and white text box should appear, in that box type the command
regsvr32
followed by the name of the DLL you want to register. so for instance:
regsvr32 Thisismydll.dll
The system should acknowledge that the DLL has been correctly registered in the system32 directory.
Now you should be good to go and your system stability will be maintained.
I've tried before fixing DLL file and download it from the internet but still it doesn't work. What i did was back up all my files or data from my hard drive. Then i reformat my computer and my problem with the DLL solved.
What you have to do is find the .dll online somehwere, then copy and paste that file into your system 32 file. (C:- > Windows > system32).
You do not ever want to edit any other files other than doing that. You should be able to do the same thing with the parent logic files.
Hope that helps!

Simply re-run the installer file for ParetoLogic and IF it shows a 'Repair' option, choose that and follow the instructions. Or just run the file as if you were first installing it. I would remove that garbage, as it messes with more than it fixes. Just My Humble Opinion.
