you have to insert a att sim card and try restoring it again

call your service provider.

call your carrier

Connect your iPhone to your PC via USB.
Open iTunes and restore your iPhone to previous settings and try to turn it on.

Sorry, cant be done!

you cant unblock a phone once its blocked

Hi,

you dont need the internet to sync, and before you restore your phone you will be given the option to back up, you dont need an internet connection to create a back up either but you do need the internet to restore the iphone as it connects to the apple gs server. also your best restoring from the comp you use to sync. you dont have to restore your iphone as new then as you will have previous back ups on there.
