Hi,
I assume you mean the apple logo on the black background which appears at the start up. There is not much you can do before you bring it to the Apple store or an authorized reseller:
1. Hold both the home button and sleep button for about 1 minute.
2. If this doesn't help, connect the iPhone with your computer until it synchronizes.
If this doesn't solve your problem I suggest you bring it to an Apple store or an authorized reseller and explain them your problem.
