My a4tech webcam is losing my soft ware i cnt install my cam

I am assuming that you are looking for drivers for your device? Here's a link to the drivers:

They're in .rar format, so you'll need something like winrar or 7zip to decompress the drivers before installing them.

I've installed ho98063 but if im on my cam they cnt see me...what do i do ?

Check your network settings (firewall) to make sure the program you are using is not blocked. Best is to define an exception in the firewall for the webcam program, so no ports are blocked for wbcam video streaming.
