I got nec Versapro VY12M/EX-M Laptop and i want to know how to download the audio driver for this laptop or what is the audio device name. please help to install this driver.

You need to goto
the manufacturers website, find their support section and there should be a
list of drivers for your specific machine. Installing these should resolve your
problem. I have a list of links to most manufacturers drivers on my website.

If you loaded XP from a Microsoft disk (not from a NEC disk) then you are missing the drivers for video and audio. You will need to download these from the NEC website.
