Dear sir/mam, when i connect my mobile to laptop using usb cable, i could able to transfer my files to and fro, able to connect mobile internet connection using dial-up mode. However i am not able to browse any page. FYI, i could able to connect in my mobile browser. Also, after dialing up, it shows be connected with 115.2 kbps. data transfer rate/status of packet is sent - keep on increasing but received doesn't go after 255 Please help me out to resolve. uninstall the software then reinstall it....or change the usb cable

Please check if the OEM is installed properly, You would get a Blue screen error only when your computer RAM has some problems and if the Drivers are corrupted for the used application. So i would suggest you to reinstall this Sony ericsson PC suite.

For everything related to mobile phone, internet settings and software you need to call the phone service provider company, as settings are different depending on the company you have.

you may not have the proper drivers installed on ur computer for your phone.
Insert the cd u got with ur phone and install drivers for your phone..
