All thethe pieces go in atthe a 30 degreemin angle.

Triangles go around outside with longest sides going against the outer edge, shortest sides pointing counter clockwise, and 2nd longest sides facing the middle. Big triangle points toward little triangle.

5 little squares go in the middle to make a cross. Turn it 30 degrees so straight sides of crossthe are parallel with inner edges of the triangles around the outside.

The big odd pieces go between triangles and cross.

I'm looking for the story booklet that goes with the pressman MindTrap An unsavory demise jigsaw puzzle

Well, if you live in a house, here is what you do.

1. Search the attic. Attic\'s are where little kids love putting things when you play Hide and Seek with them. It really depends on how long you\'ve had the puzzle.

2. Now for the basement. The basement, attic, the same thing. Sometimes you use a basement if you don\'t have an attic to put your trash in, or sometimes, you have both if you run out of space in one.

3. Your little kid\'s room. Ok, admit it. About every day, new babies are being born, and people who were once babies are dying. Kids sometimes play with you if you make them mad or if they are just the cute and playful type.

4. Check your room. Admit it. Even as a teenager, you have so much to deal with, you absolutely forget the fact that - well, you still play with puzzles. So what better to do than check your room? After a night out with your friends, or something, or babysitting someone\'s kids, or doing so much homework, or maybe even taking care of your own kids, you forget where you put things. So please, I\'m begging you, check your own room.

5. If you live with your parents, check the trash or the dump. Admit it. Once in a while, your Father (if you are a boy) gets worried that you\'ll never join the baseball team or any other, or maybe (if you are a girl) guys won\'t like you ever and you\'ll never move out of the house because your Mother let\'s you be so sensitive and play puzzles for happiness. Or your Mother (if you a girl) worries that you\'ll get your heart broken when your date finds out you still play with puzzles at your age, or (as a boy), your Mother worries if you still never leave your puzzles, they throw it away! So check the trash before you post any more problems on fixya\'.

Instructions as to HOW TO PLAY DRAUGHTS

  • Set up your pieces on a black-and-white checkered game board with 64 squares of each color. Each player should set their 12 pieces on the 12 black squares closest to them on opposite sides of the game board.Decide who goes first by tossing a coin.Move a game piece forward diagonally along the black squares if you are the first player. You may move only one square at a time per turn and you must go forward on the board.

  • Take your opponent's game piece by jumping over it forward diagonally along the black squares if your opponent has one of his game pieces adjacent to yours and there is a vacant space beyond your opponent's piece. You may take more than one jump if you land on a space where you are able to jump another of your opponent's game pieces

  • Have a game piece crowned as a "king" if you reach the far edge of the board closest to your opponent. Your opponent must place one of the game pieces he has captured from you on top of your king piece to distinguish it from your other pieces. Your king is now allowed to move diagonally forward or backward instead of just forward.Win the game by capturing all of your opponent's game pieces,Hope this helps :D

The crank for lowering the spare tire is supposed to fit into a cylinder, which when turned counterclockwise is supposed to lower the spare. However, the cylinder appears to have no slot to fit the crank...

You didn't mention YEAR or MODEL, but if it is like most Lexus vehicles, the spare tire winch has a square "nipple" on the end of it, not a "slot". You slide the jacking extension square-end first into the tube and onto the nipple. (This usually requires connecting two or more jacking extension pieces together) You then use the lug wrench (which has a square hole in it) to turn the jacking extension to lower the tire.

Braun electric water heater lid came off along with spring parts, all intact. How do I re-assemble it? Manual? Schematic available?

This is the solution for the BLACK Braun electic water heater, so you must adjust the color to fit if yours is another color.
First take the 3 pieces that go inside the top. Two look like a "Z", and the other is the square, white doo-dad. Take the square piece and slip it into the slot with lid open. YOU CANT PUT IT IN FLAT UNLESS THE LID IS OPEN! Make sure that you can put it in FLAT. Once it is in flat, take it back out. Now you have the 2 "Z" pieces. Fiddle around with these pieces until you learn how to put them in together so they will fit together. This may take several tries. There is a piece that acts like a pivot. Now take all 3 pieces out. The trick is not to put the 2 "Z" pieces in together. You have to figure out what Z-piece to put in first. Then put the rectangular white piece in, and then the other Z-piece. This all must be done with the lid OPEN, otherwise the rectangular piece will not lie flat. Make sure the little spring inside this rectangular piece it put in properly - it should be against the little black doo-dad on the lid. If everything is sitting happily together, you should be able to snap the other black part onto the lid, and close it successfully.
