We cannot guess what brand or model instrument you might have or even for sure if it is a musical instrument as we often find stuff posted in completely wrong area on here. Resubmit this with complete information. In general if it is a keyboard type instrument you need to go right to the parts support of the original manufacturer.

Where and how can I buy a replacement keyboard for Yamaha CVP 305M? Thanks, Michael

There is a well documented problem that occurs with the keybed on some of these models due to a manufacturing fault. Take a look at the keys that are sticking. Is the gap on either side of the key the same ? If not then the key normally leans slightly to the left rubbing on the adjacent key causing the sluggish action. The fixing tab at the back of the key breaks causing the spring pressure to push sideways.

You can just replace the offending key but the problem will eventually return. You could replace the whole keybed but this is a very expensive fix.

Keys are around £ 15.00 each.
Replacement keybeds around £ 450.00

No sound on one key

That's very annoying! The keys press on to a contact strip running the length of the keyboard. Over time this wears out and notes can either stop being dynamic or stop playing altogether. You can buy the strip off ebay and have a go replacing it yourself - not too expensive. I paid someone 50pounds to supply and fit one to a 61-note keyboard.

Where do i buy a replacement key ?

Only possibility is from Aviom parts dept. I assume you have one physically broken and NOT just an inoperative one which the key itself would be OK and the contacts would be dirty or bad which is a different procedure.

Suzuki HG425E All the contacts for the keys are in bad condition and need to be replaced. Where can I buy such assemblies?

The contacts probably just need cleaning. Often they are conductive rubber "pills" in silicon domes that the key presses down against a circuit board under the keys. Clean the pills AND the circuit traces they press down on with ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Qtips. Be gentle in cleaning. Most of the work is accessing the contacts. Note these contacts do NOT for a low resistance contact as the electronics doesn't need a good contact. There are two per key to implement sensing key velocity. Sometimes the contacts are coencentric with a pill inside a ring of conductive rubber. The conductive rubber is always black.

The prongs on the USB connector broke off. Do we need to replace a board and if so how do we do so?

You can buy new connector and replace broken one. You need skill at soldering and of course have to open the unit to access the broken connector.
