Hi,
I think it would be better if you decide if you want to change your keyboard or not. If you decide that you want to change the keyboard and have it replace by yourself you can go to this site, check if the part is available or not and order it if ever.

Hope it helps.

If your laptop key popped then you can just replace that one laptop key instead of the entire keyboard, if you need a new key, you will find a new laptop key @ www.replacementlaptopkeys.com, hope this helps.
Just align it to where it used to be and press it down firmly. It should snap back into place. If it doesn't that means that part of the key could have been broken. If that's the case, then you're out of luck.
Set aside the key and retainer that have fallen off. If you lost the key, retainer, or both, you will have to order a replacement from the computer's manufacturer. As an alternate, you may be able to get a replacement from someone who has a non-working laptop of the same model as your own.Carefully pop off another key from your laptop. Choose one that you don't use frequently, and remove it with care so its retainer stays in the proper place. You will be using it as a model for your repair.
Note how the exposed retainer is connected to the keyboard. It will probably be connected at four separate points. This may vary, based on the make and model of your specific laptop. Study it until you feel confident replacing the retainer in the correct manner. Replace the retainer that popped off your laptop. Once you have it secured in place, pop the missing key onto it. The key should snap firmly into place onto the retainer. Replace the key cap on the retainer that you used as your model. Like the other key, it should snap firmly into place, and both keys should now be ready for use.
