Its very easy:

Reprogramming the Wireless Foot Pedal or RemoteNOTE: This activation procedure applies to the foot pedal and remote.

IMPORTANT: To activate multiple foot pedals or remotes, the motor must be unplugged from the power source and then plugged

back into the power source between activating each control device.

1. Unplug the battery cables from the power source. Wait 30 seconds and then plug the motor into the power source.

2. In less than ten seconds, press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on either the handheld remote or the foot pedal controller

simultaneously.

I have a w 55 serial no.9D032973 model 970100020 cant get the digital remote to beep to pair up foot pedal works have tried 2 different new remotes motorguide trolling motor

Motor Guide Wireless Remote Pairing.
To pair a new remote, disconnect The trolling motor from batteries and re-connect. Then, within 10 seconds hold the + and - buttons until you hear a long beep indicating the remote has been paired.

I have one the New 115 Thrust and had the same problem.
This will correct your issue.

Good battery , good battery in remote 70 lb thrust trolling motor - no go. ?

Hey Rob,, ??? ..Did you have the batteries CCA checked?? Cold Cranking Amps..?.. this is the only check to determine if your batteries are actually "good"...Next, take a volt meter and check the voltage at the trolling motor connection..if you have voltage at the plug, its time to move up to the head of the trolling motor...Since I do not know what brand if trolling motor we are working on.. these guys will take care of you from here...

Why does my motor guide 50 trolling motor fuse

It depends on how much current the trolling motor is supposed to draw when set to 5. If it's more than 40 amps, then you need a larger breaker. If it isn't more than 40 amps, then your current 40 amp breaker is weak and needs to be replaced.

I bought a W75 wireless trolling motor at an auction. It sold as new and still in the box. There were no owners manual with it or any other papers like warrany papers and the such. Everything looks new...

there is no warranty for second hand goods sold as new or not
is the battery for the unit connected correctly a sit needs it's own to work besides the battery for the remote unit
is the receiver in the unit switched on to receive the remote control signal
try going google and typing in -- operator's manual for ( make and model ) trolling unit ---and downloading any pdf versions available
