Hi. It is better to uninstall first your firefox version 4 then after that go to your drive C then go to program files then delete the folder mozilla firefox. Then install your firefox version 3.6.

Firefox Won?t Start After Upgrade, how to restart

In some scenarios the Firefox wont restart after upgrade and it gets crashed frequently, to upgrade safely try the below steps

1. Launch Firefox with extensions off. In Windows, you can do this by going to Start > Run and typing Firefox -extoff and clicking OK.

2. Click Tools > Add-ons.

3. Disable some of the addons. You will want to disable a few at a time to determine which one is causing the issue.

Once you have disabled the offending Add-on, Firefox should start up fine and you should be able to enjoy the upgrade.

How do i get back to my old yahoo page i upgraded and don't like it
"Instructions for "resetting" your home page to the old Yahoo! web page vs. the "new and improved" version.

1. Open your browser and go to a non-Yahoo web page.

2. Go into your options and clear your cookies.

3. Block the following cookie: m.www.yahoo.com

4. Close your browser (just for giggles).

5. Open your browser. You should be able to get the old Yahoo! web page even after you log back into your Yahoo! account.

This works for me using Mozilla FireFox 3"

I have been told that by browser needs to be upgraded. what do i do now.
1) Open Firefox
2) Click on Help
3) Click on Check for Updates
4) In the dialogue box, click 'Get the new version'
5) Wait patiently for about a minute
6) All done! Firefox will need to restart before the update can take effect, so don't upgrade while you're in the middle of something else on the internet (like trying to snipe an Ebay auction!).
