Try downloading Hitman Pro 32/64 depending what bit your operating system is. we have had one going around here in Australia called Australian Federal Police Virus & hit man pro got rid of it, try googling it for your country & see what happens
I don't see what could be the problem. Samsung only want you to register your camera, so they can tell you when there is an update for the cameras firmware. They will ask you where you bought the camera, but they won't say you can't register when you are in another country.
I bought some Nikon stuff in another country while on holidays, I registered it in my own country and got full warranty for two years. I even had to go to a service centre and the stuff was repaired under the warranty of free.
The British version is priced in pounds or Euros, whereas the Australian version is priced in Australian dollars. Warranties will differ: Nikon tends to honor warranties only in the country where the lens is (supposed to be) sold. Physically, the lenses are identical.
Most laptop can be used in any country. Check the laptop's power adapter mains input voltage, it is on a label on the bottom of the adapter. If the input voltage is 100 to 240 volts then it will work in Australia, you may need an mains adapter to connect to Australian 3 pin mains power point or purchase the mains cable that fits the Australian 3 pin mains power point.

There will be a tick beside whatever maps are selected. If the Australian map is not selected press the map name and it will be selected.

If not or if you want to save an Australian location in favoutites before you go; Press WHERE TO When the screen comes up to enter the address you'll see NZ as the country selected At the bottom of the screen you'll see an item CHANGE COUNTRY Press this and you can select Australia This should bring up the map of Australia and you can enter addresses there.

She can purchase the City Navigator Australia DVD and load the Australian maps onto an SD card. Insert this into the unit and she'll then have both S Africa and Australia maps.
