Ramone DIsney DVD player Will not turn on

Our son has had this since Christmas 2007 and all of a sudden the Ramone DVD player will not power on.

I changed the battery in the remote. I've tried to manually turn it on..... I've checked wires, etc. Nothing works - the red light continues to stay on.

I have NO clue who to contact (doesn't help we misplaced the manual).

Please help.

Manual is of no help anyway!! or I wouldn't be here. But maybe Best buy can help. They have these players and if this doesn't help me...that's where I am going!!

No I really doubt that the remote would be capable of operating that device, they are made mostly for TV and related equipment like DVD players and such.

The dvd player wount play dvds i put one in and it starts make a lound noise like the dvd is trying to turn but it wont play

Sounds like the drive is broken. Luckilly DVD players cost like $10 now.

Hello im triynig to look for a code for my ramone disney dvd player can u help me

I too have the Ramone DVD player and had quite a surprise the first time I popped in a PG rated DVD.
There is no mention of a parental code, turning it on or off or ANYTHING in the manual.
On another website, I found the code 1369, which seems to work. I taped it to the bottom of the really cool remote. Still found nowhere to change it, etc. Least you can watch your movie!

Shuts off after 5 sec

I have the same problem with my sons cars tv/dvd combo. His is almost 3 yrs old but it hasnt worked right in about 6 months

I need manual for disney ramone dvd player

1369 is the code to allow you to play blocked movies although I still haven't found a way to change the level. You have to input the code each time.
