Have installed bluetooth v2.0 adapter with Widcomm software. Headset is paired however when I try and connect I get "Error can not connect". Any solutions appreciated.
I can not get it to play on the head set side, it will only play thought the audio gateway. Because it plays music through the audio gate way the sound quality is for ****.

You can use the Plantronics Explorer 240 on your computer if your
computer has Bluetooth built in. Just turn on the Bluetooth feature in
the computer and pair up the headset. You can get a USB Bluetooth
adapter if your pc doesn't have Bluetooth built in, then just pair the
headset to the adapter. Here is a link for the 230 / 240 user guide, it
will have the pairing instructions for the Explorer 240.
according to Sennheiser, it depends on the compatibility of the usb device driver of your bluetooth adapter in Win7 (it is NOT a BW900 problem in their opinion)
as I understand it, you have therefore to by a new adapter and see whether it works with the BW900. Take the device AND your computer to the shop and have them install and pair
I had the same problem as you although I was able to find a solution. If your bluetooth adapter on your computer doesn't support A2DP then you can purchase this adapter from IO Gear: http://www.iogear.com/product/GBU421/
or another adapter that supports this feature. Windows will try to install it as a generic bluetooth adapter (which wont allow you to pair the headset) but if you install the disk that comes with this, it will also install the additional drivers needed for the headset.
Walmart carries it for $20 at most stores or $13 online. I got mine at the store.

If you need help installing it let me know I can provide the steps I did.

Make sure the headphones are set as "default" under Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Manage Audio Devices - same for microphone if you're using it for online speech.
the directions from Samsung to pair the headset was way off. You need to hold down the main button then turn on the headset. Only then will the headset go into pairing mode by maintaining a solid blue light. It took me a couple of days of troubleshooting and experimenting to realize this pairing method. I just hope that this problem is only due to my headset because I assume a lot of people who buy this headset and try out Samsung's directions will become very frustrated. I almost returned the product and I am sure many others would too.
What software are you using to pair the headphones? Are you using the software from the CD that came with the headset? Or are you using Windows built-in software?
If you are using Windows' software, then you need to download the correct driver from the link below. Although the Windows software will pair with any bluetooth device, it does not support audio.
http://drivers.anycom.com/bluetooth/usb-200-250/anycom-bluetooth-usb200-250-windows-v5-1-0-4200.exe If you are using the CD that came with the headset, try uninstalling then re-installing.
if the headset is bluetooth then the ps3 should be able to connect with it while its in pairing mode form the settings menu. if the headset will not function without other software then the ps3 cannot use them. the ps3 will only read the select music, video, and game discs.
What kind of bluetooth adapter does your computer have installed? Is it a USB bluetooth adapter? Is it a card inside the computer? Is it a laptop PC with bluetooth?
I had just the drivers installed on my Dell computer when I got it, but there was no bluetooth device in the laptop to receive/send the signals. Do you have other bluetooth devices that connect to your PC? Are they working fine?
