The washer balance is mostly controlled by two factors:
- Balance of the appliance cabinet (shell)
- Suspension of the tub inside the cabinet.
As far as the cabinet is concerned, balance, level, and plumb are determined by the adjustable feet. Installers usually come in with a level and test the level (side to side parallel to ground) and plumb (front to back perpendicular to groud). Many times they overlook the corner to corner balance. I think corner to corner is more important than being plumb or level. Try adjusting.
If that doesn't solve your problem, you may want to check the tub suspension. There are shock absorbers beneath the tub that push in opposite directions to keep the tub balanced in the cabinet. You can access them by removing the front access panel (diagram below -- remove 3 screws and pull out from the bottom to let it fall down)
You will see the shock absorbers in plain view. Wiggle the tub around to see if one is any weaker than the others. If so, replace it.
