If xitel cannot/will not give you a replacement code you can sue them but it will be expensive. You have a right to a replacement acidification code if you can prove you purchased the software.
alternatively you could replace the software will freeware that will provide the same/similar capabilities.

I have not been able to locate my receipt. As I said in my request the Xitel Inport Support said that they did not have any keys to this product with the serial number that we have. The serial number is IPMX513DFC2339. As you could not help me, please refund my $12.00 to my charge card. Thank you.
