click start control panel
administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and
game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall
drivers

I was not able to find Windows 7 drivers for this product only XP drivers. This product may be at the end of support phase meaning support for this product no longer exist.
You can try the XP drivers but be careful!

This link should get you the Drivers you need. Usually the Vista drivers will work in Windows, just by the way.
