Take it back.

The power supply feed deferent voltages to the TV and the Problem is the electrolytic caps need change out on the power supply module, or you can go to www.partstor.com and get a new one.

Tries tv and cables or satalites boxes unplug,replug it back like about an hour later by letting the tv resetting itself back to the factory setting those boxes upgrading it software.Now go into the tv Menu go to Audio Setting go down for a resetting back to the factory setting.By doing these steps,u have a great chances to get ur tv audio back.

Sounds like main board issues

Reset ur tv by unplug,replug it an hour later.Do the same with the digital box.Go to ur tv menu.Go to AUDIO setting,go down to reset,ur audio should return to factory setting,should have sound return.

I unplugged the TV for a few minutes and it then worked. The aspect ratio was wrong, and I had to reset for picture quality.

The problem may be with the Main bd or the Power Supply. Have a trained samsung tech troubleshoot the set.

You need to get this tv service asap.i beleive that the problem is in the inverter board or yb board.

Here's the number to HP case management 877-917-4380 ext.79, try this number and be firm that they need to fix this, I just had an HP plasma that was 3 yrs old replaced for free, no charge. Good luck
