We moved into a new house that has a Whirlpool Duvet washer and dryer. I was wondering what year they are. Model # for the washer is WFW9300VU02 and the serial number is CSW4003338

As we could see new one are not compatible with older one as size and dimension of new washer are changed but in case you could try .It is simple just try compatibility of your older washer stack kit with new one in most new model

No they are erected as a unit, then the house is built around it.

Mar 2009 dryer model #LER6848AWO serial and the washer model is Aug 2010 ... Model Number: LSR7233BWO. Hope you find this useful.

I have a Kenmore Model 110.74612200 it came with the house and needs another service call-not heating- how old is this model? Wondering if it might be time to buy a new one. Dryer has seen a lot of use in the past 5 years from a household of six.

If you purchased them in Feb of this year then the units are still under a full warranty. Maybe I am over simlifying this but you should call for service.

Sounds like the drain hose for the washer is too far down in the stand pipe at the wall causing a siphon effect, try raising drain hose a little. The dryer sounds like the vent line from back of dryer too wall is pinched causing an air flow obstruction. Hope this helps.

You can call whirlpool for service but the tech sheet f28 has a communication problem from you computer to the motor..

The communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and
the Motor Control Unit (MCU) cannot be sent correctly.

Possible Causes/Procedure
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and
Central Control Unit (CCU).
– Check connections of the CCU board within the housing.
– Make sure all grounding switches are engaged.
3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed components.
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any
cycle.
6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations.
8. Check that the serial harness at the MCU is not mounted
upside down. The wires should be to the left when facing
the MCU connectors.

Has it been taking longer than normal for your dryer to dry the clothing also leading up to this? Sometimes your ventilation can become so clogged that it will cause condensation to accumulate in the exhaust hose. I would check the vent on the outside of your house and see if it is clogged and you might also have to have the actual ventilation cleaned out leading through your house.
