I need a weight from the select tech dumbells as one of them has broken where can i get this from

Two dumbells and a long bar for various exercises.

What I found to workgreat for me is the Valeo Ultra Hand Grip. You can buy it here, along withother great products: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/wrist-forearm-strength.html

Try setting the handle in the plates back onto the carrier(bottom). Lightly tap on each plate that is stuck. Now push the plates down (vertically) onto the bottom carrier. Now try turning the dial (side that was stuck). It worked for me. Have my 1090 plates were stuck on the handle. Good luck

Push the button on the bottom of that releases the adjuster to spin. Set both to sides to 5, put all the weights back and your ready to place it back and select a weight.

You have a cracked board inside the TV. The biggest weight creating the crack would probably be the Flyback transformer. And you may have done damage to the tube internally..the shadow mask perhaps? The yoke or the neck of the tube is broken.....Could be a lot of things or minor...just have to check with a tech!
