I GOT A PROBLEM ABOUT MY PIN NUMBER IN THE SETTINGS ON THE WII HOW DO YOU DELETE THE CODE THAT I PUTIN

1. Turn on your Wii console and go into the Wii Options Menu
2. Click on Wii Settings and click the right arrow until you see "Parental Controls"
3. Say "Yes" to "Change Parental Controls?"
4. Click on "I forgot" when it asks you to enter your pin
5. It will ask you for your secret question, click on "I forgot" again
6. The screen will read "If you have forgotten both your PIN and secret question, call the consumer service number listed in the Wii Operations Manual and provide the confirmation number below. You will be issued a master key."
7. Call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700 and give them the confirmation code listed on the screen. They will give you a new Master key to enter on the next screen.
8. The PIN is now reset/disabled

You can call this number and explain the situation to them: 1-800-255-3700
Or you can reformat your wii under maintenance settings however this will delete any Mii's on the Wii along with downloaded games.

  Enter the confirmationcode which the Wii is showing into the box on the site.
  

  Make sure the date isright and click "Get Reset Code".

Follow the following steps:

1. Power on Nintendo Wii
2. Use the controller and point the Wii Button on the left corner
3. Press 'A' button
4. Scroll to 'Wii Settings' - with the wrench symbol
5. Press 'A' button
6. Scroll down to the Blue Arrow and press 'A'
7. Select 'Parental Controls' then press 'A' button
8. Enter your PIN
9. Choose 'Game Settings' and press 'A'
10. Choose 'Any' under 'Highest Game Rating Allowed'
11. Scroll to 'Settings Complete' and press 'A'
12. Select 'Internet Channel' if you want to disable parental controls for web.
13. Select 'Any' under 'Highest Allowed' and press 'A' on 'Settings Complete'

If you forgot the PIN, follow this:
1. Go to 'Parental Controls' under 'Wii Settings' (follow above instruction on how to get here)
2. Keep clicking 'I Forgot' button until this message appears
"If you forgot your password, please contact the number in your Wii manual
and say the following confirmation code.
Confirmation Code: xxxxxx (random number)
3. Do not rush to to your phone. Don't call them. Go to this address instead:

Enter the confirmation code from the from the previous step.

Go to the parental controls menu in the wii, and click yes to change the settings. Click "I forgot" twice, and you should get a confirmation code. Go to this website http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi?number=02221258&date=1008&submit=Get+Reset+Code and enter that number in the Confirmation number box, and click Get Reset Code. You will get a number. Enter that number on the wii, and it will reset your parental controls. Hope this helps!

Click the "Wii" button located on the bottom left corner of the screen on the Wii Main menu.

Click the "Wii Settings" button on the System Settings screen. Look for the button with the wrench icon.

Move to the second page of the Wii System Settings screen by clicking the blue arrow.

Click the "Parental Controls" button on the second System Settings screen.

Click "I Forgot" when asked asked to enter your four-digit PIN.

Answer the secret question displayed on the screen. You provided the question when you set up your Wii. Note that the answer to the question is case sensitive.

If you answer correctly, you'll have access to the Parental Control Settings. Reset your PIN on this screen by entering a new PIN number and a new answer to the secret question, then clicking OK.

Click "I Forget" if you can't remember the answer to the question. Nintendo displays a message screen with text telling you to contact Nintendo customer support. At the bottom of the screen is a confirmation number.

Write down the confirmation number so you don't forget it, and leave your Wii turned on with the confirmation number screen displayed.

Call Wii customer support at 800-255-3700. Tell Nintendo customer support your confirmation number. You'll receive a master key code to reset your parental control PIN. Write down the master key code.

Return to your Wii, and click the "Enter Master Key" button. On the Master Key screen, enter the five-digit master key you received from Nintendo customer support, then click "Confirm Master Key." The Wii displays a message stating that "Parental Controls are Now Disabled." Click "OK" for the Wii to return you to page two of the Wii Systems Setting screen.


Click the "Parental Controls" button on the Wii System Settings screen. The Parental Controls screen will now show that you have no parental control settings enabled. Enter a new four-digit PIN number and secret question to reset your PIN, then click "OK."

Go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and enter your 8 digit confirmation number there. When you do so, make sure that whatever today's date is, your Wii is set to that date. (And select Today's date from one of the 3 possible choices.)

(To get the confirmation number, go into Parental control settings, click I forgot on enter pin screen, and Click I forgot on answer secret question screen. This is where you come to where you enter the master password, and the confirmation number you need, to get this master password.)
