SOURCE: I'm installing a Panasonic 616

There are 3 versions of the software for the KX-T61610 system, and also a KXT-616D box. The nameplate of the 10 has a revision number in a circle, or not, which would be either circle 2 or circle 3. Since program 03 was deleted (Connect/No Connect) in 3, I'm guessing that's what you have.

Unfortunately, they issued a basic manual and addendums and you have to know which one you have in order to program the box. Your PROGRAM button on the back of a phone doesn't do anything in this case, just the SET/PROGRAM switch on the cabinet. When you set it to PROG, the phone will say Sys Prog ? or something similar. Here's a link to circle 3 software. You'll know even if the plate doesn't have circle 3 because it has a program 44. Also, your 03 program is Console/Telephone for pairing a DSS console to an extension....really useful if you have a 7040 unit :-) http://www.public.carl.airpost.net/Pana/KXT-Analog/t61610B_inst.pdf
Please note that there's a FOURTH programming guide, and this is it. The codes and description should be similar, but this is for a European system and there was no doorphone control and they had internal music. The companion R3 codes are found here http://public.carl.airpost.net/Pana/KXT-Analog/R3_program_codes.pdf

Anyway, to ease your Connect/No Connect issue, you program out the vacant lines in 07 and 08.

Hey, I told you it wasn't going to be easy :-)

Carl

Looking for a manual for a Panasonic EASA-PHONE Model # KX-T2325. Have forgotten how to enter phone numbers in the 32 Stations. Unable to find this model on your web site for this model Sandy Singer

http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Phones-Fax/Telephones/Corded-Phones/model.KX-T2315

Please go to this link, it is the only manual I could find for your model, I know it's not the same exact model but it's the only one Panasonic listed. It may be close enough to your model to work. If not, you can call Panasonic and ask if they have any other information to help you.
