Check the inside of the printer, ensure that there is no paper or foreign object stuck, sometimes they go undetected and they can affect normal printer feeding. Try pulling out the paper tray and check the paper feeding mechanics underneath the printer. Usually feeding problems are mechanic, if you cannot fix them in this simple way you will need to take printer apart and check feeding traction mechanics, this is usually a job that is better done at a repair shop.
