Judging from the symptoms you describe I suspect that your graphics card is faulty. Did you buy the card new? If so, I would suggest returning it & asking the store to test it for you.

Your problem is not a common one. I would also try reinstalling your operating system. If you are afraid to lose saved data, install it to a different drive or partition & check your CPU usage once again. If this gives you no joy, your best bet would be to swop out parts, starting with the processor, & determine which part is causing the problem.

MSI MS-7184 HP Compaq (Amethyst-M GL6-E) Socket 939
And the compatible RAM is ***NOT*** DDR3 as you mention, but DDR 400Mhz PC3200!!!

Yes my video card got replaced but nothing happened. It is still the same like the first one. Do you think my motherboard cant keep up or the processor?
