Check out www.driveragent.com, and see if that helps, I have used it numerous times and has worked great. Do the webscan, not the download.

Can't find drivers for net 3342n for win 7 64 bit

this device may not work in the 64 bit mode because it is a 32 bit device and the driver may not be available for it in the 64 bit mode. The manufacturer is the place to get the up dated drivers.
I suggest using the device in the Windows Vista or XP mode and the drivers should work for this device.

Does the netopia 3342 have windows 7 drivers, and if so where can I download them.

This is an older unit and drivers are not available for any OS beyond XP service pack 1. You can try to use the XP drivers in windows 7, but this is not recommended as they may not work, and you may experience other problems such as crashes and system instability.

We have a Netopia USB Adapter, and we're looking for a driver for Windows 7.

Not sure this works, but here is a web address for a driver for Vista. Sometimes these work in win7.

Drivers wont install on win7 64-bit

Correct the 64 bit driver for this was in beta and they have not got that to work ether so you best bet here is 32 bit you should have got two disc with you windows 7 OS. 64 bit right now does not work with all hardware so keep that in mind. Sorry to deliver bad news but 32 bit or look for another hardware solution.

My laptop (win7 os) no longer recognizes my motorola 3342n-tst pocket modem. It's about 1 month old. It worked great up until last Thursday. Thanks for any help...

You need to download the drivers for Windows 7 for all your hardware - including the dialup modem and the sound from the laptop manufacturer's website.
