Using Motorola Phone Tools, via Bluetooth or in store transfer. If you purchase a newer Motorola Phone we also have Migrate which allows you to transfer easily.

I hope this information may help you.
Thanks for using FixYa. If you have Motorola phone tools installed in your system, then you can directly copy the messages from the phone to your Computer. And, if you are unable to see the messages through the SIM card reader then the messages would be in the phone and not SIM.

Remove the back cover, battery and SIM card. Wipe the SIM and the pins where the SIM card is inserted with a cloth if u can. Reinsert simcard, battery and back cover.
Try putting a piece of paper behind the simcard when you place it in your phone. I think the sim card is not attached properly. Place a paper so it will have a better contact on the phone.
Go to your address book. Find the listing you want to transfer to your SIM card. Select it and then go to EDIT. Now scroll down to where it says STORE TO: It will either say PHONE or SIM. If it says PHONE you will need to select CHANGE. This will allow you to select between PHONE and SIM. Change it to SIM and click on SELECT. It is now saved to your SIM card. Have a great day!
