SOUND CARD DRIVER

If it's an pci card and not on board, the best way to work out what manufacture of a sound card is to look for the biggest chip on the circuit board and see what the chip has written on it. It will have the name on it like example Yamaha, Creative Labs, ES Audio drive and analog devices. There will also be a model number under the manufacturers name and you can use it to search in google for drivers.
