Hi. Click Here to download the drivers that you need for your Dell Inspiron 1545. This is for Windows 7 32-bit Operating system, if you have a 64-bit Windows 7 then just change the operating system selection on top area on the dell support website that I provided you. Just download those drivers and install it on your computer and for free. Hope this Helps
And then install the software. Before running it you can right-click on the icon and run the software in"Vista compatibility mode" under the properties tab. The driver should work on Windows 7. If not you will need to wait for an updated driver from Dell.
