Haier DM30EA-L Serial #AJ0240E0200A99251074. Comes on and runs for a short time then goes off does not collect any water. Sometimes comes on agail, runs a little and quits again, no water collection. I cleaned filter which wasn't dirty.

You probably have it set for too high (moist) a setting, so it doesn't need to run long.

Slowly reduce setting to Drier settings to get it to run longer.

The first thing that comes to mind, is have you emptied the water collection bucket recently? If so, be sure that the bucket was properly reinstalled and is making contact with the bucket safety removal switch.

If you haven't emptied the bucket in the past few days, it may simply be full and will not start until it's emptied.

I have dehumidifier Whirlpoot Gold Model #39R171E Serial #H/XE11M1K 6203A it was working fine last year, but this year it is not collecting any water, it is running for day. I opened it, cleaned the filter (which was mostly clean) & it still has not water in bucket. What is wrong & is it possible to fix it by myself.
