How do I turn off silent mode on my Lg 365 as choice seems to be silent or vibrate and cannot find profiles under settings as stated in manual

The quickest way - on the left side of your phone there is a button with up and down arrows. Keep pressing the up arrow and this will raise the volume up, or keep pressing down and you can set it to vibrate or silent. Also, you can change it from the menu. Go to Menu > Settings > Audio & Ringtones > Ringtone and there are all of your options here. You can go to Volume and set the volume, Alert Type and set if you want it to vibrate/ring, etc. I hope this helps, if you still have questions feel free to ask :)
